Maximise Your Energy Enhancement Experience
Follow these simple preparation guidelines to ensure you get the most from your time in the EE System. A little preparation creates profound results.
Hydration Foundation Begin increasing your water intake to 2-3 liters daily. Proper hydration supports your cells' ability to receive and integrate the beneficial energy fields. Well-hydrated cells respond more effectively to the EE System.
Nourish Lightly Eat balanced, easily digestible meals and minimise processed foods. Avoid alcohol or heavy meals in the lead-up to your sessio, lighter digestion allows your body to channel energy toward repair and cellular absorption rather than breakdown.
Set Your Intention Take a few moments to reflect on what you hope to experience or heal. Write it down if that feels right. Your intention helps focus your body's innate healing intelligence.
Optimise Your Nutrition: Focus on whole, unprocessed foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid heavy, greasy, or highly processed meals that require significant digestive energy.
Avoid Alcohol Completely: Alcohol dehydrates cells and can interfere with your body's ability to fully absorb the EE System's beneficial fields. Give your system a 24-hour alcohol-free window.
Reduce Caffeine: While not essential, reducing caffeine helps your nervous system relax more deeply during your session. If you're a regular coffee drinker, don't quit completely—just reduce your intake.
Nourish Lightly: Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before your session. Avoid heavy or processed foods that require significant digestive energy.
Hydrate Consistently: Continue drinking water throughout the day, aim for 2-3 liters total. Bring your water bottle (we provide water too). Well-hydrated cells respond better to the EE System.
Arrive Calm and Prepared: Come 10-15 minutes early. Use the bathroom, silence your phone, remove restrictive jewelry. Take three deep breaths, set a simple intention, and relax into your experience.

Socks - The room is temperature-controlled, but some prefer cozy feet
Open Mind - Come with curiosity and receptiveness
Heavy meals in your stomach
Caffeine in your system (if possible)
Work stress or urgent matters on your mind
Electronic devices you'll feel compelled to check
FIRST 15-30 MINUTES: Settling In Your body adjusts to the energy fields as deep relaxation begins. You may notice tingling, warmth, or your breathing naturally slowing as your nervous system shifts into rest mode.
MIDDLE 30-90 MINUTES: Deep Cellular Work This is when profound restoration occurs. Many clients sleep peacefully, enter meditative states, or experience gentle body sensations. Your cells are actively receiving beneficial energy, even if you don't feel dramatic effects.
FINAL 15-30 MINUTES: Integration A growing sense of calm and clarity emerges. Physical tension often decreases noticeably. Many feel simultaneously relaxed and energized as the session completes.
