Your session doesn't end when you leave our centre. Follow these simple guidelines to support your body's healing process and extend your benefits.
Releasing stored toxins and metabolic waste
Your cells are clearing accumulated toxins, heavy metals, and metabolic byproducts that have been stored in tissues. The EE System energises cells to release what they've been holding onto, sometimes for years. This is why hydration is critical: water flushes these released toxins through your kidneys and liver for elimination.
Rebalancing Electrical Voltage and Cellular Function
Healthy cells operate at 70-90 millivolts of electrical charge. Stress, toxins, and illness deplete this voltage, causing cells to malfunction. Your session recharged your cellular batteries, and now your cells are stabilising at their optimal voltage—the foundation for all healing and regeneration.
Regenerating and Repairing at the Cellular Level
With restored electrical charge, your cells can now perform their repair functions effectively. DNA synthesis accelerates, damaged cell membranes rebuild, mitochondria (your cellular power plants) produce more energy, and immune cells become more active and responsive.

Honor your body's signals. If you feel tired, rest. Many clients experience deep fatigue in the hours following their session as their body shifts energy toward cellular repair and regeneration.
Eat Lightly and Cleanly
Focus on fresh, whole foods, vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Avoid heavy, processed, or fried foods that burden your digestive system and liver.
Avoid Alcohol and Stimulants
No alcohol for 24-48 hours. Minimise caffeine and other stimulants. Your nervous system is recalibrating, substances that stress it interfere with integration.
Reduce Electromagnetic Exposure:
